After final preparations in the Apple Loft honeymoon cottage, the bridesmaids, Lizzy and her father made the journey through the beautifully manicured walled garden into the the Orangery for the civil ceremony. The colourful gardens provided the perfect aisle, and then later, a stunning backdrop for the formal wedding photographs and of course, for the wedding photoshoot with Tom & Lizzy. The wedding breakfast and first dance were held in the equally impressive barn.

The marriage took place in the beautifully ornate old mansion house at Theobalds. The weather was a little gloomy and wet, but the house was the perfect setting for such a day, and we took many beautiful photos through the various rooms of the house.

It was beautiful civil ceremony at Theobalds Park, with reception and wedding breakfast in the stunning old mansion house – and as a Liverpudlian, it was lovely to be surrounded by Emma’s family of fellow scousers!

The reception was at The Great House at Sonning, Sonning on Thames where we used the river and its beautiful bank with trees and bridge as a lovely setting for photos of the bride and groom.

We started the wedding photography with photographs of Karen and the bridal party getting ready in her room at Hanbury Manor. The service was in a beautifully lit room and the reception in the courtyard – with plenty of opportunity for the documentary style, reportage photographs of the guests and bridal party enjoying themselves in the sunshine. The photoshoot took place in the beautiful grounds and interior of the Manor, while the wedding breakfast was held in the impressive Poles Hall.

I wanted to show a selection of my wedding photography, starting with the bridal preparations and running through the entire day until the first dance, in a stylish, smooth slideshow format, and the Animoto website was perfect for it.

I’m really impressed, so I will be including a slideshow in every wedding package from now on. There are various templates which you can choose from and all you will have to do is let me know which song, template and photographs you would like and I will email slideshow to you.
